What Bye Now does
Bye Now schedules bids on eBay auctions using the eBay account you connect. A snipe is a real bid, not a simulation. When it is sent, it may create a binding commitment to buy the item under eBay's terms. You choose the maximum bid and remain responsible for the bid, the purchase price, shipping, taxes, seller terms, and completing the eBay purchase.
Network delays, eBay availability, auction changes, and other events outside our control can prevent or delay a bid. We do not guarantee that a bid will be placed or that you will win.
Credit and charges
New accounts receive $6.00 in promotional Bye Now credit. A winning snipe deducts a flat $2.00 from your Bye Now balance. Losing an auction costs no Bye Now credit. Credit top-ups range from $5.00 to $500.00, never expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Stripe processes top-ups. Bye Now does not receive your full card number. The eBay item price and all eBay-side charges are separate from the $2.00 Bye Now winning-snipe fee.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, use only an eBay account you are authorized to control, and comply with eBay's rules and applicable law. You may not abuse the service, evade limits, interfere with other users, or use automated access outside the interfaces we provide. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.
Changes and ending service
You may disconnect eBay at any time after canceling active snipes. We may change or stop the service and will post material changes to these Terms. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Sections concerning payment, records, liability, and disputes survive termination where necessary.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available, without a promise that every bid will execute. To the extent permitted by law, Bye Now is not responsible for eBay listings, sellers, purchases, outages, indirect losses, or losses beyond the amount you paid Bye Now in the prior twelve months. These limits do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
