Refund policy

Effective August 19, 2026

Bye Now credit top-ups are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. The minimum top-up is $5.00, credit never expires, and promotional or purchased credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

New accounts receive $6.00 in promotional credit. We deduct a flat $2.00 only when a snipe wins its eBay auction. A losing snipe costs nothing. Charges by eBay, a seller, a carrier, or a tax authority are separate and are governed by their own policies.

A failed, late, rejected, or canceled bid does not create a winning-snipe deduction. If you believe the ledger contains an incorrect deduction or top-up, report it promptly through the support channel shown in the application so the transaction can be investigated. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
